There are a few things that you should consider when selecting the type of vehicle that is best suited for your group. Capacity, budget, comfort, safety, ADA compliant, length of trip and luggage.
Vans such as the one shown in the picture below are better suited for short trips and shuttles. Vans can accommodate from 1 to 14 passenger without luggage; and 1-12 passengers with luggage. Although these are comfortable, trips that are in excess of 3 hours on the road can become tedious for your passengers and we would recommend perhaps using a mini-bus. Charter buses are better suited for longer trips since theses motor coaches generally provide substantially more amenities.
Generally speaking the large mini-buses have different suspension systems that provide a more smoother ride. In addition, most mini-buses are equipped with plushier seats for added comfort as well as DVD players so your group can remain entertained while on the road.
